摘要
随着市场经济快速发展,用电市场越来越宽广,用电量也在迅速地增长,给电力企业的管理工作带来了新的挑战,电力营销稽查工作就是在电力市场秩序急需维护的情况下逐步发展壮大的。笔者经过多年的调查研究对电力企业营销稽查管理中的问题进行简要描述,并对问题的处理策略进行进一步的探讨。
With the rapid development of market economy, electricity market becomes more and more broad, power consumption is also growing rapidly, which bring new challenges to the management of power enterprises. Power marketing audit work is urgently needed and gradually growing in order to maintain the order of electricity market. After years of research, the author gives a brief description on the problems of marketing audit management in power enterprise, and further explores treatment strategies to the issues.
