摘要
针对油田灾难事故应急资源调度过程中,救援资源种类多,参与救援的救援点多,为保证在应急救援过程中,应急决策者能够快速、及时、准确地调配应急资源,并在保证救援效果的前提下尽量降低救援成本,采用B/S架构并基于HS优化算法作为调度核心算法实现应急资源优化调度系统。经测试,该系统可靠高效。
A lot of rescue resources and rescue points exist in oil field disaster accident emergent hesource sheduling .In order to ensure the decison maker can deploy emergency resources rapidly ,timely and accurately ,and reduce the rescue cost on the premise of relief effect ,B/S architecture and HS optimization algorithm taken as sheduling core algorithm are used to realize emergency resources sheduling system .The test proves that the system is reliable and efficient .
