摘要
以CaCl2、Na2WO4·2H2O为原料、聚乙二醇(PEG)为表面活性剂水热法制备了单分散、尺寸均一的球状3D结构CaWO4。采用XRD、SEM、TEM对样品进行了表征,探讨了CaWO4纳米结构形成机理,并研究了其荧光性能。实验结果表明,球状分级结构组成单元为直径40~70nm的纳米颗粒,并表现出了较好的荧光性能,发光强度得到很大的提高。
Monodispersed, uniform and Spherical 3D structural CaWO4 was synthesized by the hydrothermal method using calcium chloride (CaCl2) and tungstic acid sodium salt dihydrate (Na2 WO4 · 2H2 O) as raw materials, polyethylene glycol (PEG) as surfactant. The obtained samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The formation mechanism of the spherical CaWO4 was discussed based on the experimental results. In addition, the fluorescence property of the CaWO4 was also studied. It was indicated that the obtained spherical hierarchical CaWO4 structure was assembled by nano-particles with a diameter of 40-70 nm, and showed an improved performance of fluorescence emission intensity.
