摘要
提出了一种根据功率管导通时间,变换器在一组预先设定的频率之间自动选择工作频率的控制方法,在轻载时,能减小开关管的驱动损耗从而提高了效率,在提高瞬态响应速度的同时有助于实现变换器的高功率密度和成本的降低。实验数据表明,变换器在输出稳定的电压及驱动能力的同时,轻载时效率提高了近24%,因此该方法特别适用于电池供电的便携式仪器仪表设备,其能保持较长的电池使用时间。
This paper presented a control method by which the converter could automatically select the operating fre-quency among a group of pre-set frequency values according to the duration of the turn-on time of the converter power transistor.When working at light load conditions, the driving loss of the switch valve could be reduced so as to im-prove the power efficiency of the converter, realizing high power density and cost reduction of the converter as well as increasing the transient response speed.Experimental results showed that while the converter output stable voltage and drive power, the low load efficiency was improved by nearly 24%, so the method is particularly suitable for the batter-y-powered portable instrumentation equipment, which can maintain a longer battery service time.
