盐处理对决明种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Salt Treatment on Germination of Cassia obtusifolia L.Seed

摘要 以决明种子为试材,用不同浓度的NaCl溶液进行处理,测定了决明种子的发芽指标、胚根长、下胚轴长、生物量、可溶性蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量及相对电导率,研究了盐处理对决明种子萌发的影响。结果表明:低浓度(25mmol/L)NaCl溶液处理可显著促进决明种子的发芽指标,提高种子可溶性糖含量;中浓度(50mmol/L)NaCl溶液处理对发芽指标未见显著影响,但是抑制了下胚轴生长和生物量积累、提高了可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖含量和相对电导率。高浓度(100、200mmol/L)NaCl溶液处理显著抑制了决明种子的萌发,促进了可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、丙二醛含量的积累,提高了相对电导率。所以,较低浓度的盐处理有利于决明种子萌发,高浓度的盐处理对种子萌发会造成伤害。 Cassia obtusifolia L.seed was used as the material,treated by different concentration of NaCl,then the germination indexs,radical length,hypocotyl length,biomass,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde content and relative electric conductivity was measured to research effect of salt treatment on germination of Cassiaobtusifolia L.seed.The results showed that,low concentration(25mmol/L)of salt treatment promoted seed germination and soluble sugar content;middle concentration(50 mmol/L)of salt treatment had no significant effect on germination indexs,but restrained hypocotyl length and biomass and promoted soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and relative electric conductivity;high concentration of salt treatment(100 and200mmol/L)restrained the seed germination significantly,promoted accumulation of soluble protein content,soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde content and relative electric conductivity.So,low concentration of salt was benefit for germination of CassiaobtusifoliaL.seed,but high concentration of salt was harmful.
