摘要
目的：探讨老年外科手术病人围手术期的心理分析，以进行早期制订护理对策。方法：将98例老年患者围手术期心理状态进行调查分析，在术前、术中、术后有针对地运用循证护理，提高老年人围手术期的整体护理。结果：针对表中调查的心理特点，采取相应的护理对策。结论：老年人作为一特殊群体，根据其身心变化区别对待，有利于手术治疗效果和生活质量。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss perioperative psychological analysis in the edderly. METHODS： The perioperative psychological state of 98 elderly patients were investigated. Evidence - based nursing was used in the preoperation intraoperation and postop-eration to improve the effect of elderly perioperative holistic nursing. RESULTS： According to the characteristics of the psychological investigation the corresponding nursing countermeasures were taken. CONCLUSION ： As a special group the elderly patients have their own physical and mental changes so that perioperative psychological nursing is usefut to the surgical treatment effect and quality of life.
