加氢裂化装置重石脑油氮含量超标原因及对策 被引量:1

摘要 分析了中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司2号加氢裂化装置重石脑油总氮含量超标的原因。该装置于2012年8月进行检修,检修包括设备的常规检修、技改措施、消缺补漏。在对催化剂再生并补充了部分新剂后,装置重新开工,一个月后发现重石脑油氮含量超标,对以此为原料下游连续重整装置催化剂会产生不利影响。经过分析及排查,得出结论:氮元素是来自上游蜡油加氢装置膜分离尾气系统,该系统内低分气脱硫塔采用贫胺液作为吸收剂,部分吸收剂中的氮元素并随膜分离尾气进入2号加氢裂化装置吸收稳定系统。提高膜分离水洗水量后,重石脑油氮质量分数由3.45μg/g降至0.50μg/g以下,问题得以解决。 The causes of off-specifications of nitrogen in the naphtha from No. 2 hydrocracking unit in SINOPEC Tianjing Petrochemical Company are studied. This unit was shutdown for maintenance in August,2012,which included normal maintenance of equipment,improvement,leaking repair,regeneration of catalysts and addition of make-up catalysts. One month after the re-start-up after maintenance,the nitrogen in heavy naphtha exceeded the design specifications,which had a great impact on the operation of downstream continuous catalytic reforming unit. The analysis concluded that,the element nitrogen came from membrane separation tail gas system of upstream wax oil hydrotreating unit. In this system,the lean amine is used as absorbent for LP gas desulfurization tower. The nitrogen from this unit enters the absorption and stabilization system of the No. 2 hydrocracking unit with tail gas of membrane separation system. After increasing the flowrate of washing of the membrane separation system,the nitrogen in heavy naphtha is lowered to less than 0. 50μg /g from 3. 45 μg /g. Associated problems have been solved.
