摘要
利用水性环氧树脂与SBR对乳化沥青进行复合改性,并对其进行路用性能测试,分析复合改性剂对乳化沥青性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,水性环氧树脂对乳化沥青的高温性能具有更明显的改善作用。通过析因实验方差分析法研究了水性环氧树脂与SBR胶乳之间的配伍性,结果表明,两者之间交互效应显著,能够产生较好的复配效应。
In this paper, asphalt emulsion is modified with waterborne epoxy resin and SBR latex, and its road performances are invested to analyze the effects of modifiers,results show that waterborne epoxy resin is highly effective and can improve the high temperature stability. The compatibility between waterborne epoxy resin and SBR latex is studied through factorial experiment, the results prove that interaction between the two is significant,can produce better compounding effect.
