知识链视角下“学校-企业-医院”协同育人的思考与实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的:为提高医学院校药学专业人才培养质量提供参考。方法:以我校药学院为例,学校、医药企业和医院三者共同参与药学人才培养,通过构建协调管理机制、交流融合机制、利益共享机制与保障机制,优化知识生产、知识共享和知识应用等环节,达到协同育人的目的。结果:医学院校、医药企业和医院三者形成顺畅的知识链,教学质量显著提高。结论:借鉴管理学中"知识链"的概念,可以优化医学院校药学专业人才培养模式,提高教学质量。 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the quality improvement of pharmacy professional training in medical colleges. METHODS:Through coordination management mechanism,communication mechanism,revenue sharing mechanism and guarantee mechanism,medical universities,pharmaceutical enterprises and teaching hospitals all participated in knowledge innovation of pharmaceutical science,and optimized knowledge creating,knowledge sharing and knowledge application to achieve collaborative education. RESULTS:A smooth knowledge chain was formed among medical universities,pharmaceutical enterprises and teaching hospitals. The quality of teaching was significantly improved. CONCLUSIONS:Learning ideas from the conception of knowledge chain in management,pharmacy professional training model can be optimized and the quality of teaching can be improved in medical colleges.
