基于MSC.MARC的板材多点渐进成形数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 板材多点渐进成形过程复杂、影响因素多,各种参数的选择对成形质量和效率有很大影响。在MSC.MARC环境中对四棱锥体的多点渐进成形过程建立了有限元模型,建立相应的实验方案,探讨了板材在渐进成形过程中不同参数对等效应变的影响情况,并对分布情况进行了分析。研究结果表明:进给量的增大使得等效应变随之增大,离工具头越近的点影响越显著;进给速度增大使得等效应变随之增大,但增大到一定的数值以后,对等效应变的影响显著降低;成形角度对于等效应变的影响不大。 For the complex deformation and numerous influenctial factors in plate multi-point incremental forming process, the selection of different parameters has a great influence on the quality and efficiency of the forming process. The finite element model of multi-point in- cremental forming process for pyramidal cone was established by MSC. MARC software, and then the test scheme was designed according- ly. The influences of different parameters on equivalent strain were studied and their distributions were analyzed. The results show that the equivalent strain increases with the increasing amount of feed and becomes more significant when the point is closer to the tool. Although the equivalent strain increases with the increasing speed of feed, the influences will decrease significantly when the feed speed increases to a certain extend, and the forming angle has little influence on the equivalent strain.
