摘要
对4PS营销策略及服务营销理论进行了简单论述,针对我国物流企业服务营销现状,提出了树立现代化物流服务营销意识、实施差异化产品策略,注重产品创新、注重品牌策略,强化战略发展能力、科学实施多种营销策略组合等基于4PS理论的我国物流企业服务营销策略优化路径。
In this paper, we first discussed the 4PS marketing theory and the service marketing theory simply, then according to the service marketing status of logistics enterprises in China, we proposed some optimization paths to based on the 4PS theory, including establishing the modern logistics service marketing consciousness, implementing the differentiated products strategy and products innovation and brand strategy,strengthening the ability of strategic development and combing various marketing strategies scientifically.
