为了满足某变速桥试验台的人机交互控制需求,基于PLC+PC机的测控系统集成开发的模式,依托RS232通信方式,实现了人机实时交互及试验过程的自动控制,详细介绍了RS232通信的实现和模式化的系统功能集成,为部件开发提供了有效的测试平台。
In order to build man-machine interactive test bench in the working sites for some gear bridges, by using PLC + PC control model and relying on RS232 communication, man-machine interaction and automation in testing are achieved. How to build RS232 and modeling functional integration are introduced in detail, and an effective test bench for product development is provided.
