摘要
目的观察中草药双肾区外敷联合西医治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法选取2012年12月至2013年12月收治的糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭(失代偿期)患者100例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各50例。两组患者均给予常规西医治疗,治疗组患者加用中草药双肾区外敷治疗,监测患者24 h尿蛋白定量(PRO)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、空腹血糖(FBG),并评价其临床疗效。结果治疗组患者临床有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的68.00%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的PRO,SCr,BUN,FBG均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者第1,6个月的复发率为2.00%和8.00%,明显低于对照组的20.00%和30.00%(P<0.05)。结论中草药双肾区外敷联合西医治疗糖尿病肾病慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效明显,可有效改善其临床症状,降低复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of Chinese herbal medicine external application on bilateral renal areas combined with Western medicine in treating chronic renal failure（ CRF） caused by diabetic nephropathy（ DN）. Methods 100 cases of DN caused CRF（ decompensated period） admitted to our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The two groups were given the Western medicine routine therapy. The treatment group was added with Chinese herbal medicine by the external application on the bilateral renal areas. The 24 h urine protein quantity（ PRO）,serum creatinine（ SCr）,blood urea nitrogen（ BUN） and fasting blood glucose（ FBG） were monitored in the two groups and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results The clinical effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 92. 00%,which was significantly higher than 68. 00% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; PRO,SCr,BUN and FBG after treatment in two groups were superior to those before treatment（ P〈0. 05）,moreover the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the recurrence rates at 1,6 months in the treatment group were 2. 00% and 8. 00% respectively,which were significantly better than20. 00% and 30. 00% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Adopting Chinese herbal medicine by external application on bilateral renal areas combined with Western medicine has significant clinical effect in the treatment of DN caused CRF,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the recurrence rate and be worthy of clinical prornotion.
