分布式风光互补智能发电站集中监测管理系统

摘要 为了解决分布在野外偏远地区的监测站供电和管理问题,利用风光互补发电的方法为系统提供电力,并将电能储存在蓄电池里,分别提供24V的直流和220V的交流电供负载使用;集中监测管理系统采用C/S架构设计,主要由电力监测站、集中监测中心和传输网络组成,电力监测站作为客户端负责采集太阳能电池板、风机和蓄电池的状态参数,通过GPRS网络与集中监测中心服务器建立的TCP/IP网络连接将采集到的信息按照规定的数据协议上传,服务器接收、处理、分析和显示来自各监测站的数据,并存储在数据库ACCESS2003里;实验结果表明,设计的系统能够远程有效监测发电功率、蓄电池劣化甄别、剩余电量、和发电站运行状态等信息,实现了分布式站点电力的集中管理。 To solve the power supply and management of distributed monitoring stations in remote areas, a wind and solar power generation method is used to provide power to the system and store it into the battery, providing the 24V DC and 220V AC power for the load. The centralized monitoring system is designed by C/S architecture, and made up of power monitoring station, monitoring center and transport network. The power monitoring station as the client is responsible for collecting thestatus parameters of the solar panels, wind turbines and battery, and establish a TCP / IP network connection with the server in the monitoring center through GPRS network, uploading them by the data protocol. The server can receive, process, analyze and display data from the monitoring stations, and store them to database AC CESS2003. The experimental results show that the designed system can effectively monitor the power, battery deterioration, remaining battery power and power station status, which achieves the centralized management of distributed power stations.
