摘要
对外贸易的发展,对青海进一步开放发展和转变经济增长方式,实现省内经济的稳定、持续增长,发挥了不可替代的重要作用,但青海省对外贸易总量仍然很小,2013年底排在全国31个省市区最后一位。因此,本文提出要制定一系列政策来转变青海外贸发展方式,充分发挥市场机制作用,进一步加强和完善管理宏观调控能力,使市场机制与管理调节有机地结合起来,从而达到社会资源的最优配置以促进青海省对外贸易稳定、持续增长。
the development of foreign trade, the further opening up of development andchange the mode of economic growth in Qinghai Province, to achieve economic stability,sustainable growth, plays an important and irreplaceable role, but the total amount of foreign trade of Qinghai province is still small, at the end of 2013,ranked 31 in the national provinceslast. Therefore, this paper proposes to formulate a series of policies to the transformation of Qinghai foreign trade development mode, give full play to the role of market mechanism, to further strengthen and improve the management of macroeconomic regulation and control ability, make the market mechanism and the management regulation of organically, so as to achieve the optimal allocation of social resources to promote the foreign trade of Qinghai province is stable, sustained growth.
