摘要
为严格控制建设单位的建设成本,以获得更好的经济效益和社会效益,在市场竞争中占有一席之地。文章从建设单位在立项阶段的造价控制、建设单位在设计阶段的造价控制、建设单位在工程实施阶段的造价控制、建设单位在竣工结算阶段的造价控制4个方面介绍了建设项目的工程造价控制要点,建议造价控制的重点应放在立项阶段和设计阶段这两阶段,同时合理的处理好各个阶段的造价控制。
To control the construction costs of construction unit,and achieve better economic benefit and social benefit.The key points of engineering cost control were introduced from 4 aspects,including cost control in proposal stage,design stage,construction stage and final accounts stage,advices on cost control were proposed,recommending more attention on project phase and design phase,with cost of each stage well controlled.
