摘要
利用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐为反应溶剂,强酸性阳离子交换树脂NKC-9和TiO2、Al2O3、ZrO23种金属氧化物为催化剂,研究了其对葡萄糖转化为5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的催化效果。考察了3种金属氧化物不同的焙烧温度以及催化剂用量、反应温度、时间对5-HMF产率以及葡萄糖转化率的影响。结果表明:Al2O3的催化活性高于TiO2和ZrO2,其中550℃下焙烧得到的Al2O3的催化活性最好。当NKC-9添加量为0.05g,Al2O3用量为0.05g,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为1.5h时,5-HMF产率最高可达54.3%。
Taking the ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole chloride salt as reaction solvent and strongly acidic cation exchange resin NKC-9and three kinds of metallic oxide TiO2,Al2O3,ZrO2 as catalyst,the article studies its catalytic performance on glucose for the production of 5-HMF.The article tests the three metallic oxides' influence on the yield of 5-HMF and convert ratio of glucose under different calcination temperature,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and time.The results show that catalytic activity of Al2O3 is higher than TiO2 and ZrO2,in which the best Al2O3 is calcinated at 550℃.When the additive amount of NKC-9is 0.05 g and amount of Al2O3 is 0.05 g under the reaction temperature of 120℃ and reaction time of 1.5h,the yield of 5-HMF can reach up to 54.3%.
