摘要
为了方便在大型仓库或野外快速寻找所需的货物,设计了一种基于ZigBee短距离无线通信技术的智能仓储系统.该系统以ZigBee无线模块作为电子标签,以每个模块的全球唯一地址作为集装箱或货物的标志,在每个集装箱上安装电子标签,通过手持ZigBee设备向集装箱节点发送控制指令,测定手持设备到节点之间的距离和相对方向角,并控制节点闪烁灯光或发出声音,从而找到目标货物.介绍了系统的总体设计方案和系统的搭建,以及硬件的设计和软件的实现.
In order to solve the problem about how to quickly find containers and objects in a big ware-house as well as in the wild,an intelligent warehouse system based on a short-distance ZigBee wireless communication technique is designed.It uses each ZigBee module as an electric tag,that is to say,take the only single global address of each module as the symbol of a container or an object.The specific method is to install an electric tag on each container and to send controlling signals to container node with handhold-ing ZigBee equipment so as to measure the distance as well as the relative direction angle between the equipment and node,eventually controlling the glittering lights of node or give a voice to trace the target goods.The paper introduces the general designing scheme of the system,the system construction including design of hardware and how to succeed in software realization.
