摘要
高职物理管理专业重要培养学生的职业技能,人才培养方案中如何基于职业能力,根据企业的职业岗位,以能力为本位,培养学生的职业技能和综合能力。本文首先列举了高职物流管理专业人才培养为何基于职业能力的成因,剖析了高职物流管理专业人才培养中的问题,结合我院的实际针对物流管理专业人才培养中的问题谈了几点建议和意见。
Physical Management major in higher vocational colleges lays importance to cultivate students＇ vocational skills and comprehensive ability driven by competence in accordance with enterprise ＇s occupational posts based on professional skills in plan of talents cultivation. Firstly,this paper takes example of the problems and reasons why the talents cultivation of logistics management majors in higher vocational colleges should be on the base of vocational competence and presents several suggestions and advice combined with the actual situation in our college.
