摘要
为了研究由车轮不平衡引起的前轮摆振对重型自卸车行驶平顺性的影响,首先建立了非独立悬架汽车转向轮摆振的数学模型和考虑前轮不平衡的某重型自卸车整车多体动力学模型,并通过实车试验验证了所建整车模型的正确性。接着利用所建模型,对前轮平衡与不平衡两种状态下的整车行驶平顺性进行了仿真。最后,研究了前轮不平衡量对自卸车前轮摆振和整车行驶平顺性的影响,并确定了影响自卸车行驶平顺性的车轮不平衡量限值为10kg·cm,为重型自卸车制造、使用和维护中前轮不平衡量的控制提供技术依据。
For studying the effect of front wheel shimmy caused by unbalanced wheel on the ride comfort of dump truck, firstly a mathematical model for steered wheel shimmy of vehicle with dependent suspension and a multi-body dynamics model for a heavy dump truck with consideration of front wheel unbalance are established with their correctness verified by real vehicle tests. Then on thess bases, simulations on vehicle ride comfort under both balanced and unbalanced states of front wheel are performed with the models built. Finally, the effects of wheel un- balance on front wheel shimmy and ride comfort of dump truck are studied with the limiting value of wheel unbalance for the ride comfort of dump truck is determined to be lOkg ~ cm. The study provides a technical basis for the con- trol of front wheel unbalance in the whole process of manufacture, operation and maintenance of dump truck.
