摘要
用分光光度法研究了不同分子量聚乙二醇的最大吸收波长,考察了Dragendoff试剂的用量、显色时间等因素对聚乙二醇(6 000、10 000、12 000)溶液吸光度的影响,得到的优化测试条件为:Dragendoff试剂1mL,显色时间840~1 200s,波长在510nm.
The maximum absorption wavelength with different molecular weights of PEG was researched by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The influences of chromogenic reaction time, amount of chromogenic reagent on determination of PEG content were investigated. The optimal conditions are as follows: amounts of acetic acidsodium acetate buffer solution and dragendoff reagent are 1 mL and 1 mL respectively; chromogenic reaction time is 840-1 200 s; the maximum absorption wavelength of PEG(6 000,10 000,12 000) is 510 nrn.
