摘要
为满足导弹装备保障的迫切需要,在参考国外经验的基础上,引入基于性能的保障概念。分析导弹装备保障的特点,针对导弹武器装备保障工作中存在的问题,提出对其实施基于性能的保障基本流程与方法。该方法可提高导弹装备的完好性和作战能力;保障费用能得到持续降低;部队对保障事务相关要求减少,保障上更具灵活性和创造性。
On the basis of foreign experience, introduce the concept of performance-based maintenance to meet the urgent needs of the missile equipment maintenance support. On the Analysis about characteristic of missile equipment maintenance support and the view of the problems in the security work of missile equipment maintenance support, put forward the implementation on the process and method of performance-based maintenance. The performance-based maintenance can be used to enhance the operational readiness and operational capability, consistently decrease the support cost, reduce the quantity of troop equipment support services, and make the support form more flexible and creative.
