摘要
以无水硫酸钠为分散剂,固相分散萃取葡萄干中噻苯咪唑、三唑醇、灭菌丹、咪酰胺4种防腐杀菌剂,C18固相萃取小柱净化处理,高效液相色谱法测定。反相C18色谱柱分离,乙腈-甲醇-水(50∶10∶40,体积比)为流动相,检测波长225 nm。在0.01μg/m L^200μg/m L范围内4组分线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999 3,方法检出限为2.0 ng/g^20.0 ng/g,相对标准小于3.18%,方法适合于葡萄干中相关防腐杀菌剂的检测。
With anhydrous sodium sulfate as dispersant , Four kinds of preservatives and bactericides in raisins were extracted by solid phase dispersion method , the C18 solid phase extraction small column was used for purification. Thiabendazole, Baytan, Folpet and Prochloraz were separated by reversed -phase high performance liquid chromatography with C18 column. The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile , methanol and water (50 ∶ 10 ∶ 40,v/v) and detection wavelength was 225 nm. The linearity of regression equations were good in the range of 0.01 μg/mL-200 μg/mL, with correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999 3. Limit of detection is 2.0 ng/g-20.0 ng/g. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were less than 3.18 %. This method is suitable for the analysis of relevant preservatives and bactericides in raisins.
