摘要
随着各地实施新型城镇化,产城一体化发展模式成为发展城镇化探索的有效模式,产城一体化把城镇的产业功能、城市功能、生态功能融为一体,构筑宜居、宜业的产城融合发展格局。以长春市合心镇为例,通过实地调研,对长春轨道装备产业开发园区、合心镇以及新农村建设的发展现状以及存在问题进行了分析,并结合实际提出了对策建议。
Along with the implementation of the new urbanization,the integration of city and industry pattern has become an effective pattern for the development of urbanization.This pattern of urbanization integrate the industry,urban and ecological functions to build a livable and appropriate space development pattern based on the integration of city and industry.This paper takes Hexin town as an example,analyzes development status and existing problems of Changchun Railway Equipment Industry Park,Hexin town and its new rural construction through field investigation.Lastly,we put forward some practical suggestions and countermeasures.
