摘要
长平洗煤厂采用基于美国GE PLC 310与IFIX 6.5及其通讯网络构成的控制系统,实现了控制室集中控制现场设备和设备自动控制管理,并完成设备逆煤流启车、顺煤流停车、保护急停的自动控制功能,该控制系统的结构简单清晰,功能完善,实现长平洗煤厂重介选煤的自动控制。
The control system based on GE PLE 310 and IFIX 6.5（U.S.A.） and its communication network in Changping Coal Preparation Plant realizes the centralized control of field equipment and automatic management of equipment in the control room. Besides, the system also realizes the automatic control of start in inverse coal flow, stop in coal flow, and emergency stop of the equipment. The system structure is simple, clear, and complete, which could realize the automatic control in heavy- medium coal preparation in Changping Coal Preparation Plant.
