摘要
目的:观察秦芩消痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)活动期的临床疗效。方法:选择RA活动期患者80例,随机分为治疗组50例和对照组30例;对照组给予双氯酚酸钠、甲氨喋呤片和柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用秦芩消痹汤治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察两组患者治疗前后临床症状、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白、类风湿因子、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)的变化。结果:治疗组显效15例,进步21例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率92.0%;对照组显效5例,进步12例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率76.7%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:秦芩消痹汤配合西药治疗RA活动期不仅疗效显著,而且可以改善患者的免疫功能。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of qinqin xiaobi decoction in treating active rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods：80 cases of RA at active stage were randomized into two groups.50 in the treatment group,30 the control group.The control group was given western medicines including Diclofenac,Methotrexate and Sulfasalazine.The treatment group was given qinqin xiaobi decoction in addition to those western medicines.The course for two groups was 3 months respectively.Clinical symptoms,ESR,CRP,RF and immunuglobulins（IgA、IgG、IgM） before and after treatment were observed.Results：50 cases in the treatment group,15 cases were remarkably effective,21 cases improved,10 cases effective,and 4 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 92.0%.30 cases in the control group,5 cases were remarkably effective,12 cases improved,6 cases effective and 7 cases ineffective.The total effective rate was 76.7%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：qinqin xiaobi decoction in treatment of active RA,not only has a significant effect but also can imptove the immunity function of patients.
