摘要
为了研究上面层SMA-13在施工过程中的温度离析规律,在长浏高速公路选取1 km试验路段,运用红外热像仪跟踪拍摄检测各阶段的施工温度,得到其施工温度的横向和纵向分部规律。借助无核密度仪PQI检测路面压实度,结果表明纵向和横向温度分布高低与压实度大小有较好的对应关系,借助红外热像仪能发现施工过程中温度控制的薄弱环节,提高对温度离析的认识。
In order to study the temperature segregation regularity in upper layer of SMA-13 in the construction process,1km test road section in Changliu highway was selected.With the infrared thermal imager,the temperature of each stage of construction was tracking detected,the horizontal and vertical division of construction regularity temperatures was obtained.With the help of PQI,pavement compaction was detected,and the results showed that the vertical and horizontal temperature distribution level had good correspondence on degree of compaction.With the infrared thermal imager can find temperature control weaknesses in the construction process and increase awareness of temperature segregation.
