摘要
根据组织环境的相关理论,组织自身需要不断变化,因为组织的运作受到内外环境变化的影响,例如外部环境中政治、经济、社会文化和技术的影响,内部环境中组织结构、内外关系人、权力和利益等的影响。从外部环境和内部环境入手,对贵州省毕节市勘测设计研究院进行简要分析,试图探索毕节市勘测设计研究院在新形势下的发展途径。
