Culture Docking:the New Carrier of Deeper Cooperation Between Higher Vocational Colleges and Enterprises

摘要 深度的校企合作,不仅提高了职业教育培养人才的力度,也是企业培养人才的内在需求。校企"无缝对接"、文化管理时代的到来以及高职生工作价值观的现状都要求校企进一步合作。建立校企利益共同体、打造"双主体"模式、实现"双证融通"是文化对接赋予校企深度合作的新内涵。校企共定人才培养方案让行业文化进专业,校企共建企业文化体验中心让企业文化进班级,校企共办企业文化讲坛让职业文化进课堂,是文化对接推动校企深度合作的基本途径。 The deeper cooperation between colleges and enterprises, which not only improve the efforts to vocational education cultivate talents, but also meet the inner demand of enterprises training talents. "Seamless docking" between colleges and enterprises, the advent of the age of cultural management, and the current situation of higher vocational college students' job values all require further cooperation between colleges and enterprises. Establishing a community of interests between colleges and enterprises, making the "double subjects" mode, and achieving the "dual-certificate integration" are the new connotations of the deeper cooperation between colleges and enterprises gived by of culture docking. Colleges and enterprises establish the plan of cultivating talents together, so that industry culture can inosculate with college majors. Colleges and enterprises establish the experience center of enterprise culture together, so that enterprise culture can inosculate with college classes. Colleges and enterprises establish the platform of enterprise culture together, so that profession culture can inosculate with college classrooms. All of these are the basic ways of culture docking improving the deeper cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
