摘要
根据绩效工资制度的政策初衷及基本要求,对浙江省基层医疗卫生事业单位实施绩效工资情况进行调查,在总结其改革现状与剖析所存在问题基础上提出了相应的促进对策。
According to the original intention and basic requirem ents of performance-based pay policy, the paper proposes some promoting countermeasures of performance-based pay policy in primary health institutions of zhejiang province based on summarizing its achievement and problem after investigating its present situation.
