摘要
介绍了EPS管柱功能试验台系统的控制原理。利用机理建模法,对交流异步电机和永磁同步电机的伺服控制系统进行分析并建立了数学模型,对机械传动系统的联轴器进行数学分析,得到了传递函数。最后对整个系统模型用MATLAB/Simulink工具进行仿真,分析了试验过程中产生多余扭矩的原因。仿真得到的数据和实际试验数据较吻合,证明了仿真模型的正确性,为试验台的进一步改进和设计提供了理论依据。
This paper introduces the control system of EPS test platform.The servo control systems of AC induction motor and permanent magnet synchronous motor are analyzed with the method of mechanism modeling,and the mathematical models of the control systems are built.For mechanical transmission couplings,the transfer function is found.Finally,the entire system simulation model is set up using MATLAB/Simulink tool,the causes of excess torque during the experiment are analyzed.The actual test data and the data obtained by simulation are very similar,which proves the simulation model is right,and provides a theoretical basis for the further improvement and design of test bench.
