铸造CAE技术可有效地改善传统铸造工艺技术,缩短新产品研发、生产周期、降低铸造成本、极大地提高企业竞争力,MAGMA soft是CAE技术在铸造领域应用的翘楚,能够准确地描述出铸造的充型凝固过程、缩松状况等,本文介绍了通过运用该模拟软件成功指导主轴承盖产品的工艺改进及生产的过程。
Based on the foundry , the traditional casting process can be reformed and improved.The CAE technology could cut down the testing period greatly, save the raw material and improved the competitiveness of foundry enterprises. MAGMA soft is very popular on casting process design, which can show the filling and solidification process, porosity and other casting defects. With the use of MAGMA soft simulation, the main bearing case is produced successfully.
