摘要
在建筑供应链管理思想下,以现行EPC(Engineering-Procurement-Construction)建设项目下由供应商、总包商和分包商、业主等组成的建筑供应链为研究对象,针对建筑行业的特点,考虑缺货成本,并对提前期进行有效压缩,构造合适的订货量模型,得到最优订货批量及订货点,使施工现场库存量及供应链库存总成本最低。
In this paper, with the construction supply chain composed of supplier, master contractor, subcontractor and owner under the prevalent engineering- procurement- construction (EPC) projects as the subject, and in view of the characteristics of the construction industry, we studied the stock-out cost of the supply chain, then compressed effectively the ordering lead time, built a suitable order quantity model and obtained the optimal order quantity and point.
