摘要 我国南海海域珊瑚礁中分布有一类大型海洋双壳贝类——砗磲,它的闭壳肌是珍贵的食材,肉质鲜美,营养丰富,贝壳可做饰品。近年来随着砗磲贝雕工艺品收藏热的兴起和珊瑚礁生态危机的爆发,砗磲经济价值和生态价值日益凸显。笔者从砗磲的生物学特性、资源保护和开发情况、产业化发展前景三个方面进行概述,为我国砗磲资源的保护和开发提供参考。1砗磲的生物学特性1.1分类地位砗磲是砗磲科所有贝类的统称,
