摘要
Notch信号通路是一条进化上十分保守的信号转导系统,是少数能够反复调节细胞增殖和凋亡的信号转导系统,与细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、黏附以及干细胞的自我更新有密切的联系。在中枢神经系统,Notch蛋白不仅在胚胎阶段表达,并且持续存在于成年动物的神经系统中,调控了神经干细胞的自我更新和分化过程。研究显示Notch与神经发育缺陷、脑缺血损伤、阿尔茨海默病等神经系统疾病及抑郁症、精神分裂症等精神疾病密切相关。本文拟对Notch信号通路在神经精神领域的研究进展作一介绍。
Notch signal pathway is an evolutionarily conservative signal transduction system, which can regularly regulate cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, apoptosis, adhesion, stem cell self-renewal, and organogenesis. In the central nervous system, Notch proteins express not only in embryonic stage, but also persist in the nervous system of adult animals, which can adjust and control the regulation of neural stem cell self-renewal and differentiation. Studies show that Notch signal pathway is closely related to neurological diseases and mental disorders, such as neurodevelopmental defects, cerebral ischemia injury, Alzheimer's disease, depression, schizophrenia, etc. This review introduceed the research progress on Notch signaling pathway in neuropsychiatry.
