摘要
为探讨Mg O在Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O熔渣中的作用机理,通过高温实验,研究Mg O对Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O渣系熔点、黏度以及表面张力的影响。结果表明:熔渣的软化温度、半球点温度和流动温度随Mg O含量的增加均呈现出先降低后升高的变化规律,当w(Mg O)为6%~12%时,渣系熔点较低而且熔渣软化区间相对较小;当w(Mg O)为8%时,渣样的黏度值相对较低,而黏度波动幅度和相对波动范围则在w(Mg O)分别为4%和8%时最小;随着Mg O含量的增加,熔渣的表面张力在不同温度下变化规律略有不同,当w(Mg O)为6%时,熔渣的表面张力均出现了最低值,随温度的升高,熔渣的表面张力呈减小的趋势。
For the action mechanism of Mg O in Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O in molten slag, through high temperature experiments, the effect of Mg O on melting point, viscosity and surface tension of Ca O-Al2O3-Mg O slag was studied.The results show that the softening temperature, hemisphere temperature and the flow temperature of molten slag firstly decrease and then increase with the increasing of Mg O content, while w(Mg O) is between 6%- 12%, the melting point of slag is lower and softening zone is relatively small; when w(Mg O) is 8%, the slag sample's viscosity value is relatively low, but the viscosity fluctuation amplitude and relative fluctuation range are the smallest when the w(Mg O) is 4% and 8% respectively. With the increasing of Mg O content, the surface tension of slag change rule under different temperature is slightly different and it appears the lowest value when w(Mg O) is 6%,and decreases with the increasing of temperature.
