斗轮取料机回转轮压测试与有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用液压千斤顶顶起取料机单个回转轮组的方法,测试取料机不取料工况下的的油压,通过油压值计算得到该状态下的轮压,并对取料机的回转轮压进行ANSYS分析。比较分析顶起状态下测试的回转轮压和ANSYS分析的回转轮压结果,验证ANSYS分析回转轮压的可行性。进而利用ANSYS分析得取料机在各种工况下的回转轮压。结果表明取料机的质心位置与设计值相符,取料机在各种工况下稳定,回转轮组安全。 Oil pressure of the reclaimer under the conditions of not taking materials was field tested by lifting a single slewing wheel using hydraulic jack, then the lifted test load of the slewing wheel load was calculated with oil pressure value. and the slewing wheel load was analyzed with the finite element method. The practicability that using ANSYS to analyze the slewing wheel load after jacking the wheel up was illustrated by the comparative analysis of the wheel load field tested and that of analyzed with ANSYS, then the slewing wheel loads of various working conditions were analyzed with ANSYS. The results show that there are no obvious changes of the centroid positions of the reclaimer in present situation and the original design; the stability of the reclaimer under various working conditions can meet demands, and the slewing wheel is safe.
