摘要
丹江口水库移民安置面临淹没范围广、农村移民比重大、库区环境容量紧、库区水质保护要求高等困难。为使移民搬迁后能发展致富,根据河南、湖北两省具体情况,分别确定了经济发展模式,并通过实施取得了良好的效果。经分析评价,认为目前虽已初见成效,但今后仍需各级政府高度重视,移民应积极参与,才能真正达到移民安稳致富的发展目标。
The resettlement of Danjiangkou Reservoir is confronted with the difficulties such as vast inundated area, large pro-portion of rural migrants, less environmental capacity and high requirements of water quality protection, etc. . To gain the pros-perity for the migrants after the resettlement, according to the situation of Henan and Hubei Provinces, the development modes of economy are determined respectively and the satisfying effects have been achieved. The analysis and evaluation show that the de-velopment mode starts to work;however, the governments at all levels should pay more attention to the development mode and the migrants should participate more, so as to achieve the goal of stability and prosperity.
