摘要
分析了不同类型真空排水系统水力输送的研究重点。讨论了真空水力输送管道的流动形态及其非恒定流问题。介绍了一种用于真空水力输送管道模拟的气液双流体模型。以室内真空排水系统中常见的真空污水收集单元为例进行了数值模拟,得到了管道中持液率和压强的瞬态变化过程,对结果做出分析,可为系统的优化设计及运行提供参考。
Research emphases of hydraulic transportation in different types of vacuum sewerage systems were analyzed.Flow pattern and unsteady flow issue of vacuum hydraulic transportation pipeline were discussed.A liquid-gas two-fluid model dedicated to vacuum hydraulic transportation pipeline simulation was presented.A vacuum wastewater collection unit which is commonly used in indoor vacuum sewerage systems was taken as an example to illuminate the simulation procedure.The transient behavior of liquid holdup and pressure in pipelines was obtained.The simulation results were analyzed and could be considered in system optimization design and operation.
