摘要
针对某废热锅炉在使用过程中出现腐蚀坑状缺陷且有穿透型腐蚀孔的情况,建立有限元模型,通过有限元模拟计算评定该锅炉的使用性能。有限元计算采用三维实体模型及精细有限元技术(即用结构化的网格代替自由网格),通过提高计算精度的方法提高模拟计算的可靠性。根据有限元模拟计算结果和传统的解析分析法结果,对含缺陷废热锅炉的适用性提出了建议。
For a few of corrosion pits appeared in a waste heat boiler in use process,which contains some corrosion type of holes,the finite element model is established,the boiler's performance is assessed through finite element simulation.The finite element calculation by using the three-dimensional entity model and fine finite element technology(i.e.structured grid instead of free mesh),in order to improve the reliability of simulation results,a method of improve the calculation precision is used.According to the results of finite element numerical simulation and traditional analysis results,finally the applicability of the waste heat boiler containing defects rationalization proposals are presented.
