摘要
本文采用阴离子表面活性剂滴定法测定盐酸地芬尼多片的含量及含量均匀度。选用磺基丁二酸钠二辛酯作滴定剂 ,氯仿为萃取剂 ,二甲基黄 -溶剂蓝 19混合液作指示剂 ,终点为由绿色变为红灰色。结果表明盐酸地芬尼多的称样量与滴定体积呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9997,平均回收率为 10 0 6 0 % (n =9) ,RSD为 0 74 %。本法操作简便快速 ,结果准确可靠 。
An anionic surfactant titration was established for the determination of diphenidol hydrochloride tablet and content uniformity. Dioctyl sodium sulphosuccinate and chloroform were used as titrant and extractant, respectively, and dimethyl yellow-solvent coerule 19 as indicator. At the end-point, the color of the chloroform phase changed from green to red-grey. The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and can be used for quality control of diphenidol hydrochloride tablets.
