某款整车匹配5MT/6MT动力性经济性浅析

摘要 利用某款仿真软件建立整车模型并用标杆车滑行试验数据进行理论计算分析,在现有动力总成资源中选择最优传动系统匹配方案;为验证仿真数据的有效性,在标杆车基础上更换动力总成等进行MLUIE车实物搭载并做整车动力性和经济性试验摸底。结果表明:仿真计算结果的最大误差为5.7%,基本在正常误差范围内。此种动力匹配的分析方法能精确反映出整车性能,保证动力传动系统匹配的合理性。 A simulation software was used to establish the vehicle model and the benchmarking car coasting test data were used to make theoretical calculation and analysis. In the existing powertrain resource, the optimal transmission system matching scheme was selected. To verify the validity of the simulation data, based on benchmarking car, the powertrain was replaced to pick up MULE car and the vehicle power performance and fuel economy diagnostic tests were made. The results show that the maximum error of the simulation results is 5.7%, basically within the normal range of error. This kind of power matching analysis method can accurately reflect the vehicle performance, ensure the rationality of the power transmission system matching.
