摘要
通过对弧齿锥齿轮造型方法的分析,选取球坐标系下的球面渐开线方程和齿面曲线方程,在Pro/E环境下对等顶隙收缩齿弧齿锥齿轮进行了参数化建模。在建模过程中详细描述了相关变量的确定及空间曲线的建立,为模型的二次开发提供了依据。
Parametric model of spiral bevel gear was established by Pro/E software using spherical involute equation and curve e- quation in spherical coordinates. The modeled variables and space curve equations were described in details. The proposed study will provide theoretical basis for secondary development of the model.
