摘要
针对印染行业染整废水特点,采用了混凝沉淀+水解酸化+接触氧化工艺进行处理,在预处理阶段,采用絮凝剂FeSO4,当其投加浓度为500mg/L时,其对CODCr和色度的去除率分别达到31%和43%,同时增加了污水的B/C比。最终调试运行结果表明,在进水CODCr、BOD5、SS的质量浓度为1031、317、325mg/L,色度为313的条件下,去除率都能达到84%以上,出水指标均达到《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB4287-2012中的排放标准。
According to the characteristics of dyeing and finishing wastewater of printing and dyeing in‐dustry ,the processes of coagulation precipitation , hydrolytic acidification and contact oxidation process were used .In the pre-processing stage ,FeSO4 as flocculating agent ,and dosing concentra‐tion at 500mg/L ,its removal rate of CODcr and chroma can reach 31% and 43% respectively ,mean‐w hile ,the B /C ratio of sew age w as also increasing . T he final results show that the removal rate reach 84% under the influent concentration of CODcr at 1031 mg/L ,BOD5 at 317 mg/L ,SS at 325 mg/L ,and chroma at 313 .The effluent indexes meet the discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry .
