摘要
挂壁式空调器的送风系统中导风板的设计较大地影响着空调的热舒适性,尤其在寒冷的冬季更加明显,本文采用CFD仿真模拟分析与试验验证相结合的方法对挂壁式空调器导风板单层与双层方案进行对比分析和优化设计,研究结果表明:在相同工况下双层比单层方案送风噪声平均低0.5 dB(A),房间中下部平均温度提高7.7℃,较好地提升了热舒适性。
In the air supply system of wall-mounted air-conditioner, the design of air deflector affects air-condition's thermal comfort greatly, especially in cold winter. The comparative analysis and optimal design are conducted on single and double wind deflec tors of wall-mounted air-conditioner using the method of combination of CFD simulation a nalysis and experimental verification. The study results show that under the same condition,the noise level of double wind deflector is lower than the single one by 0. 5 dB(A) and the average temperature of room of lower part increases by 7.7 ℃, which improves thermal comfort greatly.
