摘要
针对东北工区七棵树油田和松南登娄库气田水平井增产的需要,通过建立水平井分段压裂产能模型,优化了致密油气藏水平井分段压裂裂缝条数、缝长等参数;通过岩石力学参数、隔层厚度和压裂参数优化,形成了七棵树油田水平井泥岩穿层压裂工艺技术和登娄库气田水平井缝高控制技术;建立的筛管完井或套管固井的水力喷射定点分段压裂工艺技术、裸眼封隔器分段压裂与完井一体化工艺技术,能够满足不同完井方式水平井分段压裂的需要,且经济效益显著,为东北油气分公司的增储上产提供了强有力的技术支撑。
According to the increase production needs of horizontal well in Northeast China Area,the productivity model of horizontal well staged fracturing was established and the staged fracturing parameters in tight reservoir were optimized.Through optimizing rock mechanics parameters,barrier thickness and fracturing parameters,the mudstone layer fracturing technology and fracture height control technology suited for Qikeshu oilfield and Denglouku oilfield horizontal well were formed. Field application results showed that the established hydraulic jet fixed point staged fracturing technology,open hole packer staged fracturing technology and well completion integration technology could meet the needs of staged fracturing for different horizontal well completion,and economic benefit was remarkable.
