摘要
本文通过分析西安地区用人单位对于人力资源管理专业人才的需求情况,对比当前民办院校培养人力资源管理专业人才的现状,得出目前民办院校在人力资源管理专业人才的培养上理论和实践相脱节的结论,高校培养的人力资源管理专业人才不能很好地适应社会需要。据此,提出了高校在培养专业人才时以职业需求为导向的思路,以期高校的人才培养更符合企业和社会需求。
Through comparing the characteristics of HRM per- sonnel training with enterprise need in Xi'an area, a conclusion is drawn that private colleges should transform model of personnel training, in order to meet the social needs, The essay puts forward some reformation assumption and suggestion which can be put into practice according to the reality that theory is far away from practice in the course teaching. The private college should adapt to the market demand, and conform to the social needs of talents cultivation target to improve pertinence and effectiveness of tal-ents cultivation.
