摘要
利用有限元软件ANSYS对沙沱垂直升船机大直径双辐板滑轮进行了有限元建模,对滑轮结构进行静力学分析,对大直径双辐板滑轮有限元模型进行了预应力模态分析,得到了前6阶模态下固有频率和振型,为大直径双辐板滑轮结构动态设计提供了重要参数,为进一步的结构设计和改造提供了理论依据。
Based on numerical finite element analysis software ANSYS, the finite element model of the large-diameter double web angles pulleys for Shatuo vertical ship lift is established to perform the static analysis and pre-stressed modal analysis of pulleys. The natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes under first 6 modal are obtained. The results provide important parameters for the dynamic structure design of large-diameter double web angles pulleys and a theoretical basis for further structural design and improvement.
