摘要
目的探究针刺配合言语康复对脑卒中后失语症的治疗效果。方法将我院70例脑卒中后失语症患者随机分为对照组与研究组各35例,对照组给予单纯语言康复训练,研究组加针刺治疗,对比两组语言功能评分与临床疗效。结果研究组语言功能评分、治疗总有效率明显高于对照组。结论针刺配合言语康复治疗脑卒中后失语症效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture therapy combined with speech rehabilitation after stroke aphasia. Methods 70 cases in our hospital after stroke aphasia patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 35 patients in the control group only were treated by language rehabilitation training, study group received acupuncture treatment, compared two groups of language function scores and clinical efficacy. Results The study group language score, the total efficiency were significantly higher. Conclusion The Treatment with acupuncture and speech rehabilitation for Post-stroke aphasia is very significant.
