摘要
将固定化染料降解菌置于生物活性炭反应器中形成固定床生物反应器,用于处理活性艳红X-3B模拟印染废水。结果表明,当原水COD为380—420mg/L、色度为430—460倍时,在水力停留时间为3h、容积负荷为1.70kgCOD/(m^3·d)、气水比为1.5:1、水温为30℃的条件下,固定床生物反应器对色度、COD、TOC和UV254的平均去除率分别可以达到87.4%、88.2%、70.0%和76.6%,去除效果良好。
A fixed bed biofilm reactor was developed by fixing dyes degradation bacteria into an activated carbon reactor, and then it was applied to treat reactive brilliant red X-3B dye wastewater. The results showed that the average removal rates of color, COD, TOC and UVz54 were 87.4%, 88.2%, 70.0% and 76.6% respectively under the conditions of influent COD of 380 to 420 mg/L, color of 430 to 460 times, hydraulic retention time of 3 h, volumetric loading rate of 1.70 kgCOD/(m^3· d), air-water ratio of 1.5 : 1 and wastewater temperature of 30 ℃.
